Exchange and Refund Policy:

In the event that the order arrives and contains some damaged parts, then you should contact us with attaching some pictures of the product, and the competent department will examine the matter, and if it is found that the error is from channels, then we will ship a second piece to your customer or compensate you as a balance in your account.
